The platform combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence, real-time visualization and a fully networked data architecture — and makes vehicle scans faster, more transparent and more powerful than ever before.
AI-based vehicle condition analysis
The Instavalo scanners automatically analyze vehicles as they travel after damage. The integrated AI evaluates various vehicle areas in parallel, including:
- Car body and painted surfaces
- Tire profile and tire condition
- Rim damage
- Underbody condition
- Vehicle glass and windows
The results are made available as a digital status report on the Instavalo One platform immediately after the scan. Damages are automatically detected and visually marked by the AI.
Instant image display with automatic damage marking
After the vehicle scan, the images taken are displayed in the Instavalo One platform. The AI automatically recognizes potential damage and marks it directly in the images. This visual documentation makes it easier to assess the condition of the vehicle and provides a comprehensible basis for returns, purchase processes or logistics checks as well as in the area of acceptance and service dialogue.
Cloud-based access to claims data
All scan results are stored centrally in the Instavalo One platform and are available around the clock. Users can access vehicle histories, scan images and digital status reports at any time — regardless of location.
Expanded interfaces to dealer management systems
The new platform has extended integration options with over 30 dealer management systems (DMS) and order acceptance management systems (AMS), such as Fleetback. As a result, scan results can be automatically integrated into existing processes, for example during vehicle acceptance, returns or service cases.
Focus on digital vehicle processes
With the new user interface, Instavalo is further expanding its position in the area of automated vehicle condition analyses. In particular, the solution addresses increasing requirements for transparency, efficiency and digitization in vehicle logistics, car dealership and fleet management.
Multi dashboard for additional sales
Another new module of the Instavalo One platform is an integrated sales dashboard for aftersales. Based on AI-based damage detection, the system automatically identifies additional service and repair options, for example in the areas of smart repair, tire changes, new rims or glass repairs. These potentials are visualized directly in the dashboard and can be converted directly into offers or workshop orders by the car dealership or service company. As a result, the new user interface not only supports the objective condition assessment of vehicles, but also creates a data-based basis for generating additional aftersales revenue.
